Iconic Long Vulcan Howl Sound " XL426 Twilight Taxi Run at Southend Airport " ( 18/05/24 )
Vulcan XL426 makes a real long beauty of a howl on the static blast. The brakes did well holding back all that thrust.
It then performed a high speed taxi run making another nice resonating howl down the Southend airport runway, before deploying the chute and rolling past my position. Lovely seeing this bird up close and must say it's in fine fettle.

Went on a short break to Snowdonia mountains in North Wales and spent a few days in LFA7 mach loop to see if I could see some planes training low level. The weather was gorgeous but not much flying activity and what did fly through was pretty high. Hope you enjoy the footage as always.
